This is a simple to use Modular Blender Kit that allows you to create thousands upon thousands of buildings with unique snappable pieces. The pack contains assets consisting of modular building pieces such as doors, windows, balconies, walls and more! The pack also contains premade shop exteriors, signs and tons of rooftop props and street props that can be applied anywhere! Each modular piece comes with multiple different materials that can be interchanged to add even more variation to buildings. Certain assets contain special materials that change with each use to get rid of repetition.

Each piece is designed with seamless textures in mind, meaning you can add to the pack yourself and create an endless amount of custom buildings! The pack also includes 2 prebuilt modular buildings to quickly showcase the pack and its capabilities.
